How entrepreneurs can cultivate consistency through self-reflection.

Most product problems are design problems. The interface is confusing. The flow loses people. The thing works but nobody knows how to use it. Fifteen years of building and shipping products means I've developed a feel for what makes people stay, come back, and tell others.
I design interfaces that are obvious to use, flows that reduce friction, and products grounded in what users actually do. If your product works but doesn't feel like it, that's where I come in.
I work best when the problem looks like one of these:
I design products, write code, and lead product teams across startups and scaleups in health, education, and tech.
Five bootstrapped exits. A digital health platform scaled to acquisition. Over a thousand students taught at Surrey Business School and Exeter University.
I'm most useful when a founder has a dev team and a vision but needs someone to connect the two. If your product isn't as good as your idea, let's talk.

A focused 90-minute audit of your app's interface and user flows. Share your app before we meet and I'll come prepared with observations. In the session we'll work through where users are getting confused, where you're losing conversions, and what to fix first. You'll leave with a prioritised set of specific changes and a clear sense of what matters most.
Suited to founders with a live or near-live product who suspect the design is costing them users or revenue but aren't sure where the problem is.
Get clarity on your product direction. Bring your biggest strategic question: what to build next, how to prioritise a crowded roadmap, whether your current direction makes sense. We'll work through it together.
This isn't a workshop or a presentation. It's a working session. You'll leave with a clear point of view, a sharper sense of what matters most, and enough direction to make the next decision with confidence.
Suited to founders and product leads who are stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a sharp outside perspective before committing to a direction.

Every job I’ve landed came from proving I could do the work through things I built. You don’t need to start from scratch; buy existing products, adapt them, and use them to show what you can do.

We often mistake the map for the territory—confusing plans, titles, and to-do lists for real progress—when true meaning lives in the moments we overlook.
