Consult Now is committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all users. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from everyone using our platform.
1. Professional Standards
All users of Consult Now are expected to:
- Conduct themselves professionally and courteously
- Communicate respectfully with all platform users
- Honour commitments and scheduled appointments
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Respect the time and expertise of others
2. Prohibited Content
The following content and behaviours are strictly prohibited on Consult Now and will result in immediate account termination.
2.1 Adult and Sexual Content
Consult Now strictly prohibits all adult, sexual, or explicit content. This includes but is not limited to:
- Nudity or sexually explicit images in profiles or communications
- Offering or soliciting adult services of any kind
- Sexual, romantic, or dating-related consulting services
- Sexually suggestive profile descriptions or content
- Inappropriate or sexual behaviour during sessions
- Sharing links to adult websites or content
- Any content that sexualises individuals
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
2.2 Spam and Unsolicited Marketing
Spam and unsolicited commercial activity are strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Mass messaging users with promotional content
- Creating fake profiles to advertise products or services
- Posting irrelevant promotional links in profiles or communications
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or "get rich quick" schemes
- Automated messaging or bot activity
- Harvesting user contact information for external marketing
- Repeatedly contacting users who have not responded
- Deceptive or misleading service descriptions designed to bait users
Spammers will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
3. Additional Prohibited Activities
3.1 Fraudulent Conduct
- Misrepresenting qualifications, credentials, or experience
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Providing false testimonials or reviews
- Payment fraud or chargebacks with intent to defraud
- Offering services you are not qualified to provide
3.2 Harassment and Abuse
- Threatening, intimidating, or bullying behaviour
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Stalking or unwanted persistent contact
- Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
- Verbal abuse during sessions or communications
3.3 Illegal Activities
- Offering services that violate any laws
- Money laundering or financial crimes
- Drug-related activities
- Intellectual property infringement
- Any activity that could endanger others
3.4 Platform Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
- Attempting to bypass platform fees
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Interfering with other users' experience
- Scraping or data mining the platform
4. Consultant-Specific Standards
Consultants must additionally:
- Accurately represent their expertise and qualifications
- Only offer services within their area of competence
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Respect client confidentiality
- Deliver services as described in their profile
- Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
- Not solicit clients to transact outside the platform
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter any behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately:

All reports are reviewed confidentially. We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these guidelines
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for serious violations
- Withhold payments for accounts terminated due to policy violations
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
- Pursue legal action where appropriate
7. Appeals
If you believe your account was wrongly suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting:

Include your account details and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
8. Changes to This Code
We may update this Code of Conduct periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
