Helping organisations cut through AI complexity to build clear plans, useful tools and real confidence
ADHD & Leadership | L&D Consultant | Audio, AI & Storytelling for Learning at Independent

Areas of expertise

I help organisations cut through the noise around AI and turn it into something their people can actually use day to day.

  • Teams unsure where to begin with AI and new technology
  • Repetitive tasks draining time that could go toward meaningful work
  • Learning and development that feels disconnected from real working life
  • Confidence gaps that stop people adopting new ways of working
  • Complex ideas that need translating into clear, practical steps

I work with people to build genuine understanding and a plan that sticks - so the change feels manageable, not overwhelming.

About Me

I am an L&D consultant with 20+ years of experience in learning design, leadership development, and organisational change.

I specialise in helping organisations make sense of AI and new technology - translating what feels complicated into practical tools people actually use at work.

When we work together, you stop wondering where to start with AI and leave with a clear plan, the right tools, and the confidence to act. The result is less time on repetitive tasks and more focus on the work that matters.

I have designed and delivered national learning programmes used by thousands of colleagues, and I now apply that same clarity to practical AI adoption - working with tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms. I also bring expertise in audio, storytelling, and ADHD-informed approaches to make learning stick.

Common Questions

I help organisations cut through the noise around AI and figure out what it actually means for their work. Most people know AI is important but don't know where to start — I turn that uncertainty into a clear, practical plan they can act on straight away.

This is a good fit for leaders, managers and teams who want to adopt AI in a practical, grounded way — without the hype. Particularly useful if you're responsible for productivity, learning or change and need to bring your people with you.

You'll come away with a clear starting point, practical tools you can use immediately and the confidence to move forward without second-guessing every decision. Most clients also free up meaningful time by reducing repetitive work.

It depends on where you are. Some clients need a diagnostic session to clarify priorities, others need training designed and delivered for their teams. I scope everything around your specific situation rather than offering a one-size-fits-all programme.

My background is in Learning & Development, not technology sales. I focus on helping people genuinely understand and use AI in their day-to-day work — not on implementing complex systems. That means the work sticks and your people actually build confidence rather than just receiving information.
