Helping organisations stop guessing and find where AI genuinely fits their work, team, and week
AI consultant and systems builder at Paccar

Areas of expertise

I help organisations stop guessing where AI fits and start using it in ways that actually change how their teams work.

  • Knowing AI matters but having no clear sense of where it earns its place
  • Buying tools that get ignored because they were never built around real workflows
  • Teams lacking the confidence or habits to use AI consistently
  • Automations and systems that never get built because no one owns the process
  • Change that stalls once the initial enthusiasm fades

I go in, map how the team really works, find where AI genuinely helps, build what is worth building, and stay embedded until it sticks.

About Me

I am an AI consultant and systems builder with 20 years in digital strategy and information integrity.

I have worked inside Parliament, Teneo, Omnicom, and ECF, and I now help organisations find exactly where AI earns its place in their work - then build the tools and train the people to make it stick.

Most teams either do nothing with AI or buy a tool nobody touches. I go in, map how the team actually works, identify where AI genuinely helps, build what matters, and stay embedded while it beds in. The result is a team that works differently, not a strategy document.

I have run end-to-end AI transformations for public affairs firms, built a politician-intelligence platform on 17,000-plus verified records, designed the first AI information-integrity strategy for UN Climate, and trained 500-plus people across a 380-organisation network to use AI in their real work.

Common Questions

I help organisations cut through the noise around AI and find where it actually earns its place in their work. Most come to me knowing they should be using AI but not knowing where to start, or having started in the wrong place. I map how the team really works, identify where AI genuinely helps and where it doesn't, then build what's worth building and train the people who need to use it.

This is a good fit for organisations that want practical change rather than a strategy document. Typically that's leadership teams, public affairs firms, or networks and institutions where AI adoption has stalled because nobody has mapped it against how the team actually operates day to day.

You come out with a team that works differently. Not a report, not a tool nobody touches. Staff who are confident using AI in their actual work, systems that are already running, and a clear picture of exactly where AI fits in your week and where it doesn't.

I come in and do the discovery work properly, usually on-site, across the teams that matter. From there I train the people, build the tools worth building, and stay embedded while it beds in. The scope depends on the organisation, but the shape is always the same: understand the real work first, then build around it.

Most consultants hand you a framework. Most tools get bought and ignored. I go in, map where AI genuinely fits your work, build what earns its place, and train your team to use it with confidence. I've done this for public affairs firms, parliamentary teams, and 380-organisation networks. The measure is always whether the team works differently after, not whether they have a document.
