I coach founders and entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses by growing themselves.

My focus is on better decision-making, navigating uncertainty, and leading through change - the real work that determines whether a business scales or stalls. Working with me, you will develop sharper self-awareness, greater comfort with ambiguity, and genuine confidence in the calls you make under pressure.

That shift in mindset is what separates founders who push through hard stages from those who get stuck in them. I have built and sold a business, led through multiple acquisitions, and held c-suite roles across companies up to USD 2.5bn in turnover.

I bring real operator experience to every conversation - not theory, not frameworks for their own sake, but honest perspective from someone who has been in the seat you are sitting in.
