Helping small businesses get recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT & rank on Google — same work, two front doors
Get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity & Google AI. Bilingual AI visibility, LLM optimisation and practica at Visual Network

Areas of expertise

I help small businesses become the name that AI assistants and search engines actually recommend when their customers come looking.

  • Businesses that are invisible in AI-generated answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google
  • Websites that lack the clarity and structure needed to earn trust from both algorithms and people
  • Companies losing enquiries to competitors who are better represented in AI tools
  • Online presence that sends mixed signals, making it hard for any system to confidently cite you
  • Sites that get traffic but fail to convert it into real business

I work with you to build something credible and well-structured enough that both Google and AI tools recommend you - and that compounds over time.

About Me

I help small businesses get recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI - not just ranked on Google.

When your customers stop typing into a search box and start asking an AI assistant instead, I make sure your business is the name that comes back.

I work in English and French, and I cover the full picture: LLM visibility, structured content, and practical SEO, all reinforcing each other.

The shift I deliver is from invisible to named. Clients see more impressions, more visitors, and more enquiries - typically within three months as Google reindexes and the AI tools catch up. Two sites I optimised this year are already being recommended by LLMs and tracking measurable growth.

I have ranked my own businesses on Google page one for competitive Cambridge terms for years, held a Three Best Rated photographer title in Cambridge for eleven years, and have practised web strategy since 1998.

Common Questions

I help small businesses show up when their customers ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for a recommendation — and rank better on Google at the same time. The work is the same: making a business clear, credible, and well-structured. The result is two front doors instead of one.

It suits small business owners who've noticed that how people search is shifting. If your customers are starting to ask AI assistants for recommendations and your name isn't coming back, that's the gap I close. You don't need a large site or a big budget — you need the right structure and the right signals.

Visibility in AI answers and improved Google rankings, which typically translate to more impressions, more visitors, and more enquiries over time. I'm honest that it isn't an exact science, but results generally begin to show around the three-month mark as Google reindexes and the AI tools catch up. The compounding effect is real.

I've practised web strategy since 1998, and I've ranked my own businesses on Google's first page for competitive terms for years. Two client sites I optimised earlier this year are now being recommended by LLMs with measurable increases in visitors and enquiries. I apply what already works for me. The tactics are new; the strategy is decades old.

We start with a conversation to understand where your business currently stands — in Google and in AI answers — and whether there's a clear problem to solve. From there I scope the work and we decide together if it makes sense to move forward.
