About Me

I am a Fractional CTO and Google Developer Expert working with dev teams that are trying to make AI stick. Through nowoczesny.dev, trainingpro.app, and theimpl.com, I design and run hands-on programs that turn scattered AI experiments into a consistent, team-wide workflow.

I help engineers move from vibe coding to structured AI-native practice - shared prompt libraries, disciplined code review, and a real understanding of what the agent is doing and why. The result is a team that ships faster, holds quality standards, and stops waiting for specs to start making decisions.

My work is grounded in practice. As a Google Developer Expert I have delivered dozens of talks and workshops across EMEA. I led a 13-workshop AI transformation for a product team in India and rebuilt the mobile department at Talixo from the ground up post-pandemic.
