Fractional CTO helping seed-stage founders turn stalled product visions into shipped, scalable systems
Fractional CTO & Technical Co at Shreyanshs

Areas of expertise

I help early-stage founders close the gap between a product vision and something that actually ships.

  • A strong idea stuck behind months of indecision on stack, scope, or first hire
  • An MVP that stalled with the wrong agency or the wrong technical lead
  • No clear architecture behind the product, just a pile of unmade decisions
  • A technical roadmap that cannot yet hold up in front of investors or new hires
  • A build process where defects, delays, and unclear priorities are eating momentum

I come in as a fractional CTO and technical co-founder, own the decisions that are blocking progress, and build the product and the team around it.

About Me

I am a fractional CTO and technical co-founder working with seed-to-Series-A founders building healthtech, SaaS, and AI products.

I co-founded Therapyway, a clinic management platform with video, appointments, and payments built in - from idea to working product. I currently serve as fractional CTO for a stealth AI startup and as CTO and Strategic Technology Advisor for Shreyanshs CIC.

Founders come to me after months lost to the wrong agency or an MVP that never ships. I step in and own the architecture, the stack decisions, the build, and the team - everything a full-time CTO handles.

At Creative Capsule, proper engineering standards cut production defects by 25% and lifted UX metrics by 30%. I also architected e-learning systems adopted across 25+ NHS clinical modules. The result is a product that ships, a technical roadmap you can explain to investors, and fewer unanswered decisions slowing you down.

Common Questions

I work best with seed-to-Series-A founders who have a clear product vision but no reliable path to shipping it — usually after a failed agency engagement, a mis-hire, or an MVP that stalled. Healthtech, SaaS, and AI are my most common contexts, but the real common thread is founders who need a technical co-founder, not just a consultant.

I own the technical decisions a full-time CTO would otherwise make — architecture, stack choices, build sequencing, and team formation. Depending on where you are, that means getting your first system off the ground, cleaning up what already exists, or putting the engineering process in place that lets a team actually deliver consistently.

A product that ships, a technical architecture you can explain to investors or a new hire, and clarity on what to build next and who should build it. At Therapyway I took a clinic management platform from idea to a working system with video, appointments, and payments. At Creative Capsule, tightening the engineering process cut production defects by 25% and improved UX metrics by 30%. That kind of concrete progress is what I aim for.

We cut straight to where things are stuck. I want to understand your product vision, what's been tried, and what decisions haven't been made yet. By the end, we'll both know whether there's a clear problem I can solve and whether working together makes sense.

No. Part of what I do is make the technical roadmap legible to a non-technical founder — well enough that you can brief an investor, evaluate a hire, or hold an engineering team accountable. You don't need to understand the stack. You need to understand the decisions, and that's what I make sure you do.
