About Me

I'm Craig, founder of Wicked Sick, where I help operationally stuck founders who are growing fast but breaking under their own success. I built Multiplay from zero to a £20m exit over 18 years bootstrapped, no outside investment and created the UK's largest gaming festival along the way.

Now I work with ~100 companies in my investment portfolio, bringing that same operator perspective to founders hitting the messy middle of scale. You come to me when your infrastructure hasn't caught up to your growth and everything's on fire. What typically starts as "give us some general advice" turns into me running whatever's actually broken accounts, IT, hiring, systems. I help you retire the playbook that got you to £1m and design for the £10m you're becoming.
