Areas of expertise
I help operationally stuck founders navigate the chaos that success creates when infrastructure hasn't caught up to growth.
You're scaling fast but everything's breaking, and the playbook that got you to £1m won't get you to £10m.
Common challenges include trying to push change onto people instead of building conditions where change happens naturally, treating leadership as a personality trait rather than a designable system, and attempting to fix everything simultaneously instead of finding one focused way in.
I help you stop working harder and start working at the right level of the problem. This involves reframing execution challenges as design problems, building your confidence to operate at the next level, and creating systems that scale with your ambitions rather than against them.
About Me
I'm Craig, founder of Wicked Sick, where I help operationally stuck founders who are growing fast but breaking under their own success. I built Multiplay from zero to a £20m exit over 18 years bootstrapped, no outside investment and created the UK's largest gaming festival along the way.
Now I work with ~100 companies in my investment portfolio, bringing that same operator perspective to founders hitting the messy middle of scale. You come to me when your infrastructure hasn't caught up to your growth and everything's on fire. What typically starts as "give us some general advice" turns into me running whatever's actually broken accounts, IT, hiring, systems. I help you retire the playbook that got you to £1m and design for the £10m you're becoming.
We stop pushing change and start building conditions where it happens naturally.
