I am an AI-Native Fractional CTO and hands-on technology leader. I work with business and engineering teams to sharpen communication, tighten coordination, and build the alignment that makes execution actually work. I step in where strategy and delivery meet - building teams, setting roadmaps, and establishing the processes that hold everything together.
