Our Story

The visibility gap no one had fixed

We didn't set out to build a directory. We set out to answer a question that kept coming up in every conversation we had with independent consultants, coaches, and fractional executives.

Travis has spent 15 years on both sides of this market — as the consultant being hired and as someone who has worked closely with businesses searching for independent expertise. He knows what companies are looking for when they go searching — and he knows how hard it is to be found when you're working independently.

The problem wasn't the work. The problem was the gap between being excellent and being visible.

The discoverability problem

Companies need independent expertise every day. The experts they need exist. But there's no reliable way for either side to find the other.
